I am Rev. Glen Schory. I have been a life-long member of the Christian Church(Disciples of Christ) A son of a Disciples of Christ minister, I have lived in over nine states, most of them in the south, and come to you from the Ohio Region of the Christian Church (DOC). I have spent my formative years growing up in New Orleans, LA and returned to live there several years ago to be near my mother who is now deceased.

I have my undergraduate degree from Albright College in Pennsylvania where my program of study was Organizational and Applied Psychology. I earned my Masters degree from Loyola of New Orleans in Pastorl Studies. I have spent over twenty years working in the helping profession as a preschool teacher, a youth minister and a mental health case manager working with the homeless and people with severe mental health disorders. My areas of interest in the church are congregational transformation and renewal, pastoral ministry, and teaching  and preaching the word of God. In my free time I enjoy watching college and NFL football, classic movies from the 40's and 50's and old westerns. However, most of my free time is spent raising and spending time with my elementary aged daughter who is my pride and joy.

I am Terry Jones the Administrative Assistant here at FCC Hopkinsville. I have been here since 2022. I was born and raised in Indiana and moved to KY in 1996 with my two children. I have one daughter and one son, 2 granddaughters and 4 bonus grandchildren - 3 girls and one boy- for a total of 6 all together.

I enjoy working and worshiping here at FCC Hoptown. My favorite pastime is playing the piano.​       

I am Donna Chapman and I am blessed to be the Director of Congregational Care since 2016. I build relationships with our Homebound members and am the bridge between them and their Church Family. My husband, Jeff, and I have been married more than 40 years and have three grown sons and two granddaughters. In our spare time, we enjoy playing duplicate bridge.

I am Ward Carver. I have served as Director of Music at First Christian, since July 2021, joined my wife Sylvia in providing leadership to our music and worship ministry. I see music as a vehicle to enhance our worship life and create opportunities for people to share their musical gifts in service to God and the church.

I have Music Education and Church Music degrees from Jacksonville University and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and completed my Master of  Divinity at Duke University Divinity School. In addition to my work in music ministry. I served for 25 years as a healthcare chaplain and retired from Ascension Saint Thomas Health as Manager for Spiritual Care. I am married to Sylvia and we have 3 children and 3 grandsons. In my spare time I enjoy golf, yard work and Duke basketball. (I know- the wrong blue)

I am Sylvia Carver. I have served at FCC Hopkinsville since May 1, 2013 as Organist/Accompanist. I enjoy the challenges of selecting and learning relevant music for the Worship Services each week, as well as working with the Adult Choir and soloists.

I am married to Ward Carver (since August 1979) and live in Clarksville, TN (since 1998) and have three adult children and three grandsons.

I enjoy yard work, cooking, baking, reading, and practicing a lot of piano!! I also enjoy time spent with my family, especially those grandsons.

I am Jane Wells. I have been the Financial Secretary at First Christian Church from 2016 through 2020 and again from 2023 to the present.. First Christian Church has been my church home for over 30 years and I love taking care of it and my church family. I have been married to my husband, Mark, for 32 years. I have two daughters, 6 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. I enjoy gardening and exercising.

I am Gary Wall. I have faithfully overseen the church's building, property, maintenance, and security since 2004, Me and my wife, Nancy, a lifelong FCC member,  have attended since the 1980"s and recently celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. We are proud parents of a son, a daughter, and grandparents to five wonderful grandchildren.

I served in the U.S. Air Force  and later worked alongside engineers in roles that helped equip me well for my role at FCC.

I strive  daily to keep things running smoothly and to share the blessings that I have received throughout my faith journey.

I am Tamara Neel. I was born at Fort Campbell and graduated from Hopkinsville High School. I also graduated from Hopkinsville Community College.

I am a veteran of the United States Air Force. I am the mom of 3 amazing adults and have 7 wonderful grand babies. I love animals, scrapbooking and watching movies. My favorite holiday is Halloween and all the stuff that goes with it.

I have been in working in the Nursery here at FCC this time, for almost 4 years. I have been working with family home daycare for 25+ years.

I am Lydia Bullen. I am the Nursery Assistant. I'm from Boston. Raised there since age 5. Grew up in Somerville which is a suburb outside of Boston. I was actually born in Europe.

I have two older sisters, one older brother and 2 younger brothers. I graduated from Hopkinsville Community College with an Associates of Science Degree. I am attending Murray State University at this time, majoring in Fitness and Nutrition. I have a son who is 14 and who is my whole entire world. I enjoy reading, writing, love children.
