Tiffany Baker
​
Tiffany Baker joined the staff at FCC in December 2022. She has been a member since 2005. Through the years she has volunteered in many capacities. She has served on various committees, taught Sunday school, Worship & Wonder, VBS and other various things. Tiffany is so excited to have the opportunity to work with the youth of FCC and looks forward to what amazing work God is going to do!!
Tiffany is married to Michael and they have 3 children, Mary Elizabeth, George and Bella. They live on the Baker family farm in Hopkinsville.

I am blessed to be the Director of Congregational Care since 2016. I build relationships with our Homebound members and am the bridge between them and their Church Family. My husband, Jeff, and I have been married more than 39 years and have three grown sons. We like to keep body and mind active by playing pickleball and duplicate bridge.
Administrative Assistant - Terry Jones
​
I started working here at First Christian Church Hopkinsville on June 27, 2022. Previously, I worked at the Immanuel United Church of Christ in Highland, Indiana for 4 years as their Administrative Assistant. I love working with people, love music and am an accomplished pianist. Also, I enjoy playing the handbells here at FCC and making a "joyful noise" with the choir, singing tenor. I have two grown children, Jana and Michael and 7 grandchildren.

Director of Music Ministry - Ward Carver

Ward Carver has served as Director of Music at First Christian, since July 2021, joining his wife Sylvia in providing leadership to our music and worship ministry. Ward sees music as a vehicle to enhance our worship life and create opportunities for people to share their musical gifts in service to God and the church.
He has Music Education and Church Music degrees from Jacksonville University and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and completed his Master of Divinity at Duke University Divinity School. For the past 25 years he has served as a healthcare chaplain and is soon retiring from Ascension Saint Thomas Health as Manager for Spiritual Care. He is married to Sylvia, and they have 3 children and 3 grandsons. In his spare time he enjoys golf, yardwork and Duke basketball. (I know – the wrong blue)
Organist/Accompanist - Sylvia Carver

Sylvia Carver has served at FCC Hopkinsville since May 1, 2013 as Organist/Accompanist. She enjoys the challenge of selecting and learning relevant music for the Worship Services each week, as well as working with the Adult Choir and soloists.
Sylvia is married to Ward Carver (since August, 1979) and they live in Clarksville,TN ( since 1998) and have three adult children and three grandsons.
Sylvia enjoys yard work, cooking, baking, reading, and practicing a lot of piano!!
She also enjoys time spent with her family, especially those grandsons!!

Facilities Manager - Gary Wall
Gary’s work career includes the following job positions: mechanic, electrician, electronic technician, and maintenance troubleshooter. His knowledge and skills learned over the past 50 years make him a valuable asset to the mission
of overseeing the church building and grounds.
Gary is married to Nancy Joslin Wall a long time member of the church. They are the parents of two children, Gregory and Kimberly and grandparents to 3 grandsons and 2 granddaughters.
Gary is always ready to serve
whenever asked to do so.
Nursery Coordinator - Tamara Neel
​I'm Tamara Neel. I have lived in Hopkinsville, all my life except six years when I was in the Air Force and served during Desert Storm. I'm a mama of three and a Grammy to seven wonderful g-babies. I also have 6 furbabies. I have been a home daycare provider for 25+ years. I love to read, scrapbook, geocache and being outside. I'm the captain of the Carnes Clan Relay for Life team.
